At this Deurali Village Development Committee (Hile Kharka Village) the government has established one health post but no doctor and health assistance to there, the doctor’s present is rare, hardly visits once in a year in the village, so public could not get satisfactory services from them, and in emergency cases it is very difficult to them. There is no any special program about health therefore public are unfamiliar about health education. So, this project will help to the public for their health services.

The Objective:
1. To help public society to learn about the health care and its impact on the physical and mental development.
2. Making the community awareness and encouraged regarding the environment       prevention and sanitation.
3. To help community for construction of toilet for each household and give the                                    awareness about different kinds of diseases due to dirty environment.
4. To give education about family planning.
5. To give primary health treatments to the community.
